1v1 Training has been developed to focus on situations where an attacker is facing a defender and how the attacker can make quick decisions and moves to beat defenders. This is a specific 1v1 session supplemental to VAST Small Group Trainings. Players are divided into age groups. VAST 1v1 Training is a 4 week program. The cost is $160 and there are no makeups/reschedules/prorations.
